Paul has been Dallaire Realty's Closing Manager since 2014, and, as a real estate professional who has been in the industry for 20+ years, he understands all aspects of the home-buying process and has cultivated great relationships with local lenders, realtors & title agents during that time. This gives him the insight and connections needed to ensure that the closing process goes smoothly for our clients. Born and raised in Green Bay, he attended Lawrence University in Appleton before heading to Chicago, where he began his career in the mortgage industry. Working in closing, underwriting, processing and post- closing positions led to him becoming a licensed loan officer after moving back to Green Bay in 2003. His experience in both the operations and sales end of real estate & mortgage financing provides an extra comfort, value and expertise that makes our clients, and other agents, want to work with Dallaire Realty.
Working with home-buyers on every level over the years ties in nicely with Paul's dedication towards community service and development. He is currently Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors for NeighborWorks Green Bay, where he has taught home-buyer education classes while serving on the board and various committees since 2010. He is also a current board and education committee member for The Farmory, an indoor aquaponic farm & fish hatchery located in the historic Armory building in Green Bay's Navarino neighborhood. Paul also served as President of the Civic Symphony of Green Bay, and his involvement with the Green Bay Youth Symphony and other local performing arts organizations throughout the years underscores a dedication and passion for the arts on a community level. A lover of all creatures great & small, he enjoys his weekend in the country honing his horsemanship skills while enjoying the great outdoors.
