Sarah Wallace
Sarah was born and raised in Kewaunee County and has been a real estate consultant with Dallaire Realty since early 2016. After graduating from Luxemburg-Casco High School, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree from UW-River Falls with a major in Land Use Planning and a minor in Conservation. From there she went on to a 14-year career in the government sector, working at the local, county, state, and federal levels in the planning field. She also spent one year on an initial attack crew in Wildland Firefighting out West. One of her most notable positions before pursuing a career in real estate was as the Assistant Planning & Zoning Director for Portage County, Wisconsin. Her experience with local government, rural issues, and land development situations gives her a unique perspective and expertise that has proved beneficial in the real estate industry and essential when negotiating the sales of rural properties. Sarah averages 40 plus deals a year.
When not working diligently for her clients, Sarah enjoys life and its many adventures with her husband and two daughters. Having personally purchased and sold many homes both as an individual and as a young family, she understands the joys and frustrations of finding the perfect place best-suited for your family. Having finally settled down on land that’s been in her family, she is now able to also pursue her passions by maintaining a small horse-boarding facility while teaching her daughters the many benefits of good horsemanship, life lessons and hard work.
The work-ethic and empathy needed to provide the best care for her horses carries on into her professional life as a dedicated real estate consultant. Her commitment to caring for her clients, and looking out for their best interests while making sure the process is as stress-free as possible has resulted in many return clients and referrals.
